EXCHANGES
- If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please send us an email to hello@southparadeclothing.com stating your Order Number. Including the reason for the exchange, and the size or color you would like to exchange it for.Â
- You may exchange any item within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- We will review your request and reply to your email within 24-48 hours, weekends and holidays not included.
- If we have stock of the item you requested, we will ask you to return your item/s as per the Return instructions below.
- Once we receive your package, we will send you another one with the new item/s requested.

If by any chance we don't have the requested item in the size or color you require at the time of the exchange and you would still like to return it, it's not a problem, just follow the instructions below for Returns, and we will issue you a refund instead :-)

RETURNS
- If for any reason you don’t love what you ordered, it’s no problem. Return the item within 30 days of the original purchase date. All Return Authorization requests must be made by email at hello@southparadeclothing.com
- The items should be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with all original tags attached.
- Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Once we receive your package, your refund will be processed within 3 days, and you will be notified via email.
- Customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, and may use their preferred method of shipment. We strongly recommend using a trackable/insured shipping method in case your package is lost in transit. South Parade is not responsible for packages that go missing in transit.
- All sale items are final sale and may not be returned.

How to return an item:
- Please send us an email at hello@southparadeclothing.com letting us know the order number and which items you are sending back. State the exact reason for the return. We will reply to your email within 24-48 hours, weekends and holidays not included.
- Pack and seal your return merchandise securely and include the return slip. If you don't have a return slip, please include the following information with your return: Name, Order Number, reason for return, email address, billing address, and phone number.
